Lodging (bed and breakfast) should be booked through the on-line registration system if you wish to stay at one of the nominated conference hotels.  We will make your booking but you will be responsible for settling your lodging and other hotel charges when you check out.  If you plan to stay in other accommodation than the conference hotels you must make your own arrangements.  Before starting your registration you may find the information on the accommodation page helpful in making your hotel selection.

The on-line registration form allows preferences for accommodation category, meals and other special needs to be registered.

Rooms may be shared by two people. We have set up a mailing list at MSN Groups for attendees who are interested in finding room mates or sharing a ride to the conference site. Please note that the conference organizers are not responsible for content posted to the mailing list. If you wish to share a room, with another attendee you will need to name the other attendee at the time you register, and they should also register, giving your name as their sharing partner. Should only one attendee from a pair sharing arrive at the conference, that attendee will be liable for the full cost of the room.

If you will be travelling with a partner and/or children who will not attend the conference, meal arrangements for them must be made separately. Subject to availability of places, the on-line registration form will allow you to request additional places at the conference receptions and dinners, but not lunches.

If you register as a student, then please bring with you to the conference a student identification card or some other document that verifies that you are a full-time student. Those applying for student scholarships should register after receiving notifications on the awards.

Note that on-line registration closes on 14 October 2005, ten days before the conference!

If you have any questions about accommodation and/or registration please direct them to microsoft@team-events.co.uk.
