SOSP '09 Workshop Call for Proposals
General Information
SOSP 2009 will officially host workshops at the Big Sky venue. The purpose of these workshops is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and preliminary results of topics related to SOSP in an interactive environment. We invite proposals for workshops with the intent to draw upon the collective experience, interests and opinions of all SOSP attendees. Workshop registration will be an additional fee set to cover meeting room space, meals, general administration and the needs of the individual workshop.
Responsibilities
SOSP will manage the registration of participants, advertisements incorporated in its web site and announcements, insurance and venue management (setup of meeting space, AV equipment, food/drink, etc).
The remaining organizational responsibilities go to the workshop's chairperson(s). Specifically the workshop chairperson(s) will need to manage additional publicity, call for papers, submission and review processes, and paper proceedings used at the workshop themselves.

A proposal should be submitted as a one-page paper consisting of the following:
- title: the full workshop name and its acronym.
