Due to an unusually high number of last-minute requests for extensions, plus some confusion regarding deadlines, we have decided to extend the deadline for VEE ’18 paper submissions by two weeks to December 13th. The official web site and HotCRP submission site are being updated to reflect this new deadline. To be fair to all authors, we will be providing this extension to everyone:
If you have already submitted your paper on time, nothing more needs to be done. Of course, you are welcome to update your existing submission up until the new deadline. If you withdrew your abstract or did not submit the corresponding paper due to lack of time, we strongly encourage you to use the extra two weeks to complete your paper and submit it for consideration. Completely new abstracts and papers will also be allowed. Please feel free to share this message with your colleagues who may have missed the original deadline.
